What exactly do you do?

Throughout my own career, I have damaged my knees to the point where doctors said they were irreparable.  Normal knee rehab didn't work - it actually made my knee pain worse.  So, I had to rebuild my body from the ground up, focusing on the details of posture, alignment, muscle imbalances, biomechanics and overall wellness.  So what do I do?  Bring athletes through the same transformation that allowed me to play pain-free (forever).

What if I already lift with a trainer or team?

Perfect.  If you’re in pain, something is off.  It means your body needs something else.  This program is the perfect compliment to other programs, and will help you get more use out of your body on the court and in the weight room.

Can I fit this into a busy schedule?

Yes, if you have a busy schedule, then I’m sure you’re used to finding and implementing the minimum effective dose, and this program will help you save time in your athletic exploits.

Can I do my own lifts? 

This program/system will enhance your pain equation.  It is designed to make you feel better no matter the circumstances.  That said, depending on your context, there are things that set you back and things that push you forward out of pain.  If its bad enough, you should be trying your best to eliminate the bad things from your equation

What equipment do I need?

Is this another cookie-cutter program?

Does it look like one?  (I don’t think so). I’ve been through the rehab journey before.  My knees were ruined in 2012, and I tried all the same things you tried.  After a lot of trial and error, I’ve built this program off of all the things that worked for me - the things that were neglected by conventional physical therapy and strength systems.  This program was literally designed to be different.

How is this different from physical therapy?

This program is PT.  It's the bridge between the doctor's office and returning to the court pain-free.  The main difference is I’ve done the research, but I’ve also been in your shoes.

Most PT just focuses on local rehab — stretching/strengthening the quad, icing, etc.

I focus on why the knee hurts — fixing the whole kinetic chain (posture, myofascial system, hips, core, feet) so pain dissipates naturally. That’s why our clients don’t just get pain-free — they perform at a higher level than before.

How long before I start feeling a difference?

You should feel better after each session.  Most of our athletes start noticing big improvements within the first 2–4 weeks. The full transformation happens across 12-20 weeks, depending on variables — and it’s built to last, not just feel good for a day.
